- Preparation of strategic planning documents: Local Environmental Action Plans (LEAP)(read more), Preparation of Cadastre of potential polluters in the Municipality of Karposh (read more), Local Economic Development Strategies, Sustainable Development Strategies, Waste Management Plans and Programs etc.;
- Developing Environmental Protection Reports for projects initiated by the Municipality (read more);
- Developing Strategic Environmental Impact Assessments for plans, programs and strategies affecting the environment (read more);
- Developing Environmental Impact Assessment Studies for projects
initiated by the municipality (read more);
- Assessment of the environmental damage at municipal level;
- Providing assistance during preparation and implementation of public awareness campaigns, active involvement of the public in the environmental decision making process and access to justice;
- Delivering trainings for strengthening the capacities of the public administration regarding new environmental regulations, strategic planning, current waste management practices; waste water management; improving air quality and monitoring of harmful substance emissions in different environmental media and training of local inhabitants in “green skills”;
- Providing support in preparation of projects and Terms of Reference for national regional and EU funds and delivering trainings in project’s financing possibilities;
- Development of Feasibility Studies and investment documents for various infrastructural projects.
